How Do I Qualify?

Growers who agree to make the required minimum purchases of Fortress 5G (see Table below) for 3 consecutive years will receive a new SmartBox System. Under this program, you must agree to use Fortress 5G exclusively in your SmartBox System for 3 consecutive years.

Please call your local retailer or your AMVAC Sales Representative for details regarding your participation in this comprehensive program for 2004. Please note that this offer is subject to the availability of SmartBox Systems.

How Much Fortress® 5G Do I Have To Buy To Qualify?

For growers who make a 3-year commitment to purchase Fortress 5G in the SmartBox System, and apply at the 4 lbs / acre rate, AMVAC will offer a $0.40/lb credit on net purchases of Fortress 5G to offset the cost of the System. The table below shows the costs of a System and the annual pounds of product purchases required to cover the entire cost of the System.

How Can I Add To My Existing System?

Growers who want to expand their existing SmartBox System by purchasing additional row-units should contact their AMVAC Sales Representative for qualification details and opportunities.

Ordering Procedure

Order your SmartBox System or additional row-units through your retailer or your local AMVAC Sales Representative by filling out and returning the order form.

How Does My Credit For Purchases Happen?

By June 1 of each year, you must submit your annual receipts for Fortress 5G to your local AMVAC Sales Representative to receive credit toward the purchase of your System. All claims are subject to review and audit prior to release for credit. Please allow up to six weeks for proper credit from AMVAC.

Fortress 5G purchase receipts must be submitted by June 1 for three consecutive years. Please note that, if at the end of any given crop year, you do not submit a purchase receipt or proper documentation, an invoice will be sent to you for the cost of the System less any year(s) credit(s) you may have previously earned. At the end of the three-year period, you will be responsible for payment towards any unearned balance.
